Rotating live music / DJ nights at Roadhouse Cinemas Fort Collins

Hi Jason,

My name is [Your Name] — I'm a Colorado-based performing artist running two acts under Aether Temple Records: PrototypeRX (originals, from stripped acoustic to full-band rock/EDM hybrid) and DJ Xaiax (DJ sets, remixes, and acoustic covers). I've been watching what Roadhouse Cinemas is doing in Fort Collins with the dinner-and-a-show format, and I think we could bring something that fits your crowd really well on off-peak or theme nights.

What I'm proposing is a rotating, low-lift residency — different vibe each week so the room stays fresh:

  • Acoustic Flashback Nights — solo acoustic covers pulled from my Flashjam setlist (80s rock, thrash-unplugged Metallica, grunge, alt-rock singalongs). Great dinner-and-drinks energy, no big rig required.
  • 80s / Rock Throwback — full-band or solo-with-tracks, higher energy, tied into any movie nights you run in that era.
  • EDM / Remix Lounge — DJ Xaiax spinning remixes and mashups, ideal for late-night, pre-show, or private events.
  • Originals showcase — PrototypeRX originals in a listening-room format on slower midweek slots.

I can scale from a single acoustic performer with a 15-min setup up to a full band/DJ hybrid — whatever fits your room, sound system, and budget. I'm also happy to do a short unpaid showcase set so you can see the fit live before we book anything on the calendar.

A few sample tracks / references from the Flashjam setlist I can send links to on request:
  • Metallica — "Nothing Else Matters" / "Fade to Black" (acoustic)
  • Foo Fighters — "Everlong" (acoustic)
  • Nirvana — "Heart-Shaped Box" / "Come As You Are"
  • Journey / Bon Jovi 80s singalong block
  • Originals: PrototypeRX EP tracks (link on request)

If you have an event calendar or upcoming theme nights on the books, I can tailor the setlist to match. Would you have 10–15 minutes this week or next for a quick call, or would it be easier if I just swung by the venue?

Thanks for your time, Jason — appreciate you reading this.

Re: Franky & Louie's — demo + dates + simple pitch

Hey [First Name],

Great hearing back from you — thanks for keeping the door open. I want to make this as easy as possible on your end, so here's a clean, simple pitch and a quick demo plan:

What I can bring to Franky & Louie's:
  • Solo acoustic — full afternoon/evening on the deck, singalong covers + originals, minimal setup, lake-friendly vibe.
  • Solo w/ tracks & instruments — bigger sound for prime-time nights (EDM-tinged acoustic, 80s rock, thrash-unplugged, dance floor if you want one).
  • DJ Xaiax set — late-night remixes / party sets for events, boat parties, private bookings.
  • Full-band PrototypeRX if you want a headline weekend push (with lead time).

I could realistically be out at Lake Ozark within the next few weeks. To keep it simple for a first run, I'm open to:
  • Play through the day / into the evening across multiple sets so you get maximum coverage per booking.
  • An on-site camping spot / hookup instead of a hotel — happy to trade some of the lodging cost that way.
  • I run side crews for outdoor / solar / dock work (Ansom Outdoor) — totally separate from music, but if there's ever anything on the property side that needs an extra pair of hands while I'm out there, we can talk. Music side stands on its own.

Demo I can send today:
  • 2–3 short live clips (acoustic + hybrid) — send links back and I'll fire them over.
  • Full setlist PDF (Flashjam covers list + originals).
  • One-page press kit with pricing options for the different formats.

What date range works best for you? Once I know the target weekend, I can lock travel, gear, and let you know exactly what I need power/space-wise. Aiming to keep this simple and profitable for both of us.

Talk soon,

Rotating live music / DJ nights at [VENUE NAME]

Hi [First Name],

I'm [Your Name] with Aether Temple Records — I run two acts (PrototypeRX and DJ Xaiax) that cover a pretty wide range: solo acoustic covers (80s rock, thrash-unplugged, grunge, singalong), originals, EDM/remix DJ sets, and full-band shows. I'm reaching out because [VENUE NAME] looks like a great fit for a rotating residency or one-off theme nights.

A few formats I can bring, scaled to your room and budget:
  • Acoustic dinner set — low-volume, 15-min setup, perfect for dining hours.
  • 80s / rock throwback night — higher energy, solo-with-tracks or full band.
  • DJ / remix lounge — late night, private events, or pre-show.
  • Originals showcase — listening-room format on slower nights.

Happy to do a short showcase set so you can hear the fit live before anything gets on the calendar. What does your booking process look like, and do you have any theme nights or open slots coming up I could tailor a set to?

Thanks,
